Debra Hamilton Debra Hamilton, president, has 25 years of experience in education and adult learning. As a learning and performance consultant, she develops strategic learning and leadership initiatives, including needs assessment, program design, implementation, and evaluation. Her blended learning solutions often include a mix of instructor-led and self-paced learning, web 2.0 technologies, and follow-up coaching sessions to fully engage participants and achieve key performance targets. She is proficient at linking learning programs to business results and skilled at assessing training transfer using the Kirkpatrick four levels and balanced scorecard evaluative approaches. Debra's expertise includes communication strategy, interpersonal communication, leadership presence, conflict management, cross-functional team communication, sales presentations, as well as writing, speaking, and executive presentation skills. She is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®), DISC, and Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode instruments. She is a member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and serves on the NNJ-ASTD Board of Directors as President Elect. She is also a member of the National Speakers Association (NSA), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and the e-Learning Guild.
Ken Giglio Ken Giglio, associate partner and principal of Mindful Leadership, LLC, has over 20 years of experience in leadership positions in the financial services industry and as a leadership consultant and executive coach. He is experienced in helping individuals and teams identify their signature strengths; develop their interpersonal skills; and increase their emotional intelligence, the self-awareness that is a key to improving performance. His expertise includes one-on-one executive coaching, executive team development and coaching, design and facilitation of leadership retreats, change management, and leadership development. Ken is a certified Hudson Institute coach and is qualified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) as well as several organizational, leadership, and 360-degree assessment tools.
Alan De Back Alan De Back, associate partner and learning and communications specialist, has over 20 years of experience in corporate, academic, and government environments. He is skilled at developing learning and communications solutions to help clients achieve their goals. As a trainer and counselor, Alan has worked with clients in a variety of industries in both the public and private sectors. His training practice is focused on management and leadership development, communications skills, and career development. Alan holds a liberal arts degree from the State University of New York College at Geneseo, a master's degree in HR Development from Rochester Institute of Technology, and a graduate certificate in Industrial Labor Relations from Cornell University. He is also a qualified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®).
Jennifer Melito, communications/editorial consultant, writes and edits our training and marketing materials, including educational tip sheets, webinars, podcasts, website content, and marketing collateral. She also serves as a project leader advising clients on their in-house communication and successful e-mail marketing strategies. Her client work includes writing speeches, educational newsletters, brochures, case studies, FAQs, and articles for publication, as well as creating interesting, comprehensive, and client-ready PowerPoint® presentations on a wide array of topics. She manages the firm's popular e newsletter, Communication Guru™, and takes a lead role in promoting events for the Northern New Jersey Chapter of ASTD. *Twelve Years of Service!*
